\u00c9tats-Unis (2025), le gouvernement du Canada maintient un processus distinct de demande de remise destin\u00e9 aux importateurs faisant face \u00e0 des circonstances exceptionnelles.<\/p>\n<p>Les importateurs touch\u00e9s par ces mesures peuvent demander un all\u00e9gement tarifaire dans le cadre du r\u00e9gime canadien de remise, lequel demeure accessible aux demandes r\u00e9pondant \u00e0 des crit\u00e8res pr\u00e9cis.<\/p>\n<p>En ce qui concerne les demandes de remise des droits de douane, le gouvernement examinera les demandes de remise dans les cas suivants :<\/span><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"x_e2ma-style\">pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 des situations o\u00f9 les produits utilis\u00e9s comme des intrants ne peuvent \u00eatre obtenus sur le march\u00e9 canadien, \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle nationale ou r\u00e9gionale, ou raisonnablement sur les march\u00e9s \u00e9trangers autres que celui des \u00c9tats-Unis;<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"x_e2ma-style\">pour aborder au cas par cas, d&rsquo;autres circonstances exceptionnelles qui pourraient avoir des effets d\u00e9favorables graves sur l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie canadienne.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"x_e2ma-p-div\"><span class=\"x_e2ma-style\"><br \/>\nLa remise repr\u00e9sente une exception aux r\u00e8gles en offrant un all\u00e8gement de droits autrement applicables. \u00c0 ce titre, pour tous les cas qui figurent ci-dessus, le gouvernement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral n&rsquo;envisagera une remise que lorsque cela s&rsquo;av\u00e9rera n\u00e9cessaire en vue de faire face \u00e0 des circonstances exceptionnelles et imp\u00e9rieuses qui, du point de vue d&rsquo;une politique publique, l&#8217;emportent sur la justification principale sous-jacente \u00e0
